1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using truaminolabs.com (“Site”) and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use this Site.

By registering an account and completing any purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are a legitimate researcher or represent a research institution, and that you understand and accept the research-use-only nature of all products offered on this Site.

2. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold by TruAmino LLC are intended solely for laboratory research and scientific study purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other application outside of controlled research environments.

These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. TruAmino LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety or efficacy of any product for use in humans or animals.

By purchasing from TruAmino LLC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher or represent a research institution
• Products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research purposes
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds
• You will not resell or redistribute products for human or animal consumption

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on this Site. By creating an account you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your research company or institution affiliation.

TruAmino LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a customer does not meet eligibility requirements or intends to misuse our products.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. TruAmino LLC reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product descriptions, including purity percentages and test results, reflect third-party laboratory analysis of specific lots. Results may vary between lots. Always refer to the Certificate of Analysis associated with the specific lot number you are purchasing.

5. PAYMENT

TruAmino LLC accepts payment via credit card, debit card, and cryptocurrency including USDC. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processors. By submitting payment you authorize TruAmino LLC to charge the full order amount including any applicable taxes and fees.

TruAmino LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution or cryptocurrency exchange in connection with your purchase.

6. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All sales are final. TruAmino LLC does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Delayed shipping
• Products held at customs

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control protocols, we are unable to accept returned product under any circumstances.

If you believe you received a product that does not match its listed lot number or Certificate of Analysis, contact us at hello@truaminolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund or replacement but will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

7. SHIPPING

TruAmino LLC ships to domestic United States addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed and fulfilled same business day when placed before 2:00 PM EST. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. TruAmino LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

8. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS

TruAmino LLC provides a Certificate of Analysis for every product lot, issued by an independent ISO 17025 accredited third-party laboratory. COAs are available in our COA Library at truaminolabs.com/coa and via QR code on product packaging.

COAs reflect testing conducted on a specific lot at a specific point in time. TruAmino LLC makes no representation that individual vials within a lot will yield identical results to the lot-level COA.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TruAmino LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or Site, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with products or services is to discontinue use of the Site.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruAmino LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of TruAmino LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. PRIVACY

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this Site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

TruAmino LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
